Fiscal Advisory Committee (FAC)

The Fiscal Advisory Committee provides recommendations to the Superintendent-President on Solano Community College’s financial planning and budget priorities. Serving as a forum for shared governance, the committee promotes transparency and broad participation in fiscal decision-making. In alignment with Board Policy 3005 – District Fiscal Policy, the committee helps ensure that financial planning is responsible, sustainable, and supports the long-term stability and strategic goals of the College.
