Solano Community College District welcomes opportunities to work with qualified vendors in our community and beyond. Please follow the steps below to get set up as a vendor and review our purchasing requirements.

We value local & regional suppliers and strive to maintain accurate vendor records to streamline onboarding and payments.


Four steps to becoming an SCC vendor

Provide current company details so our Purachasing Team has accurate information on file.

Vendor Application 

Provide a current W-9 with Tax Identification Number (TIN). A W9  is required before any payment is processed.

W-9 Form

Send your completed vendor application and W-9 via email to purchasing@solano.edu
