First issuance of Student ID is free of charge, $5 replacement fee (lost, stolen, damaged, picture retakes)
Note: Must be currently enrolled in at least class during active semester

- Applied to Student Account Credit

E-mail: E-mail the following to CashierOffice@solano.edu
- Full name
- SCC Student ID number
- Confirm current mailing address**
- Valid picture identification
- Preferred photo for ID (Forward-facing headshot with no filters or gestures)
** Your ID will only be mailed if your student mailing address on file is correct
*Examples of valid identification
- Driver’s license
- State ID
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Highschool ID
Students may obtain a new term sticker for their Student ID Card by following these steps:
Note: There is no charge for a new term sticker.
Requirements:
Must be enrolled in at least one class corresponding to term sticker
OR
Email CashierOffice@solano.edu including the following information:

Solano student identification number.

Confirm current mailing address

*The Cashier Office can only mail term sticker if confirmed mailing address matches current address student account. Therefore, if it is recommended that students ensure their mailing address is current prior to submitting email request to the Cashier Office.
