Data Science

Solano Community College offers a lower-division Data Science program with both an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree and a Certificate of Achievement.

The A.S. degree prepares students to seamlessly transfer into a Data Science B.S. program at a four-year university, while both pathways provide hands-on training in the tools, methods, and conceptual approaches used in modern data analysis. Students gain the knowledge and practical skills needed to support data-driven decision-making across industries and applied research settings.

Turn data into decisions—and decisions into opportunity.
