Automotive Technology
The Automotive Technology program introduces you to the theory and hands-on practice of modern vehicle service. You’ll study the inner workings of the internal-combustion engine and power transmission, learn core electrical principles, and develop the diagnostic skills technicians use every day.

Engines & Powertrain: Fundamentals of internal-combustion engines and power transmission systems.

Certificate of Achievement – Engine Performance
Specialized study in fuel, ignition, emissions, and computer-controlled systems. -
Certificate of Achievement – Brakes, Suspension, and Steering
Focuses on diagnosis, service, and repair of chassis systems. -
Certificate of Achievement – Drive Train & Axles
Concentration on transmissions, transaxles, clutches, and differentials. -

Automotive Technician / Apprentice Technician – Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of vehicles.

Parts Specialist – Manage and supply automotive parts in dealerships or parts distribution companies.

Service Consultant / Service Writer – Act as the link between customers and technicians, explaining repairs and managing service orders.

Brake & Suspension Specialist – Focus on chassis systems including steering, suspension, and braking.

Electrical/Electronic Systems Specialist – Diagnose and repair automotive electrical and computer-controlled systems.
