Transcripts

All transcript ordering is online only.

Students should order transcripts via MySolano.

Students who completed ALL courses on transcript prior to Summer 2008 must contact the Admissions and Records Office to obtain a username and logon for MySolano. This can be done via email to admissions@solano.edu, in person during business hours or via phone during business hours (707.864.7171).

Transcripts reflecting courses taken prior to Fall 1977 are on microfilm. Unofficial copies of those are not available. Official copies can be obtained following the guidelines for official transcripts below but we are unable to process same day official copies. At least one business day is required.
