View Your Holds (Academic, Financial, and Disciplinary)

1. Please click on the "Student" tab near the top of the page.


2. Click on "Transcripts."


3. Click "View Holds." Please contact the Admissions Office for assistance with Holds at (707) 864-7171.

View Your Final Grades

1. Please click on the "Student" tab near the top of the page.


2. Click on "Transcripts."


3. Click "Final Grades." Review your final grades for accuracy.

View Your Academic Transcript

1. Please click on the "Student" tab near the top of the page.


2. Click on "Transcripts."


3. Click on "Unofficial Transcript."


4. Review your transcript for accuracy.

Request a Printed Transcript.

1. Please click on the "Student" tab near the top of the page.


2. Click on "Transcripts."


3. Click on "Order Official Transcripts."


4. Enter the "External College Code." This is the college you wish to have your transcript mailed to. We suggest you use the "Look Up College Code" to select the college.


5. Select the transcript type "Official."


6. Enter the Department and Street address where you want the transcript sent. The name, city, state, and zip will populate.
7. Click on "Continue."
8. You may only request one copy at a time. Enter the in progress term you want displayed, when you want the transcript printed, and the delivery method. Click on "Continue."
9. Review the transcript request information and click on "Submit."
