Update of Implementation Plan

The Implementation Plan was originally presented to the Governing Board on April 7th, 2004 and has been serving as a guideline for the Measure “G” General Obligation Bond Modernization Program as we implement projects. Copies of this document were distributed to the Governing Board, members of the Steering Committee, the Bond Oversight Committee, Division Deans and other project stakeholders as a tool to share information. It is intended to supplement the District’s Facilities Master Plan and the annual Five Year Plan, providing a basis for subsequent, more detailed documents developed during the program.

This document is being updated to reflect the refinement of individual projects as they move through the planning and design process. The update will also reflect the evolving vision of SCCD, shifting priorities and lessons learned from the first few projects. Updated sections will include the Projects, Swing Space, Program Schedule, Overall Program Budget and Terminology. Updated sections are to be distributed during the summer.
