4000 Suisun Valley Road, Bldg. 400, Rm. 442.

Office Hours

Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri Testing begins at 9am or 1pm
Wed Testing begins at 1pm or 5pm
Please Be Sure To:

  1. Arrive 5 minutes early.
  2. Purchase a daily parking permit/Park in Lot #3.
  3. Go to Student Services, Bldg. 400, Second Floor, Room 442.
  4. Bring Photo ID and SCC ID number.

  1. Complete SCC Application for Admission.

  2. Must have SCC Student Identification Number.

  3. Reserve your SCC Assessment Test Appointment at the Fairfield Main Campus.

  5. Review Sample Accuplacer Assessment Test Questions.

  6. Purchase $1 Daily Parking Permit from dispenser in Student Parking Lot #3.

  7. Bring a photo ID and your SCC ID Number.

  8. Assessment Center is located in:
    Student Services, Bldg. 400, Second Floor, Room 442.

  9. Schedule an Assessment Test Appointment.

New students, enrolling in 6 or more units, of non-exempt courses, are encouraged to participate in Solano Community College's English Reading Comprehension, English Sentence Skills, Math and/or ESL Assessment Tests. These tests assess skills in one or more of the following areas:

  • English Reading Comprehension
  • English Sentence Skills
  • Arithmetic
  • Elementary Algebra
  • College-Level Math
  • ESL Language Use
  • ESL Reading Skills
  • ESL Sentence Meaning
