Learning Centers
The Learning Centers at SCC offer free help to any student who wants to build or improve their academic skills.

Computer and Information Science Lab
Computer labs are located in building 500, and they provide computer access and tutor to help with computer courses problems and questions.

Math Activity Center (MAC)
The Math Activities Center (MAC) is a math study area where registered students can get "drop-in" help with their math and work on their class assignments. Students will find a combination of peer tutors, staff and faculty on duty to assist them all hours the MAC is open. Computers with math software are also available. Instructor schedules are posted in the MAC each semester. The MAC is intended for drop-in help only. Extended one-on-one tutoring is available free of charge by appointment at the Tutoring Center (room 437).

Tutoring Center
At the Tutoring Center, we strive to give the students we serve the tools they need to become independent life-long learners. Our peer tutoring services are provided free of charge to Solano College students seeking to increase their understanding of specific course material or to improve their general learning skills.
