Failing GradesIf a veteran student receives a failing grade, he/she does not have to pay VA back for the course.If the student repeats, a failing grades and passes it the second time he/she does not have to pay VA back for the course. If a student repeats a failing grade and fails it again the student does have to pay VA back for the first failing grade received.
