Enrollment Status Form

SCC Veterans Resource Center, Enrollment Status Form (ESF) listing class schedule along with schedule/ receipt bill is required to be submitted each semester in order to receive GI Bill payments. A failure to do so will result in the benefits being terminated.
To insure no delay in payments it is recommended to submit the ESF as soon as he/she is enrolled in courses. Waiting to submit the ESF during for the first few weeks of a new semester will result in a delay of the first payment.
